Ltd “Engineering Monitoring Group” is a type of A inspection body operating since September 2016 and accredited as per international standards SST ISO/IEC 17020:2012/2013.

In its turn, Accreditation Center of the Unified National Accreditation Body of Georgia has performed EA (European Accreditation), issued recommendations, now documents are being prepared for the conclusion of an agreement on bilateral recognition.

After a bilateral agreement is made, inspection findings issued by the “Engineering Monitoring Group” will be effective not only in the territory of Georgia, but in all the territories of the countries where EA (European Accreditation) requirements work.

“Engineering Monitoring Group” as an inspection body, implements inspection works set forth within accreditation:

1. Inspection of site cost estimation (appraisal) based on the submitted project documents;
2. Pricing Adequacy Rate/ Inspection
3. Inspection and assessment of the performed or unperformed construction, repair, installation, demolition, reconstruction, restoration works- Form №2 inspection (appraisal);
4. Inspection of technical condition of the part or whole site, performed construction works, repair, installation, demolition, reconstruction and restoration works;
5. Technical supervision/inspection of the construction works on the site;
6. Inspection/assessment of the compliance of the valid documents, including:

-Engineering-geological survey/report;

-Engineering-hydrological survey/report;

-construction part;

-Engineering networks (el. supply systems, weak power systems) and their technological portion;

-Engineering networks (water supply, sewerage,   drainage, their technological portion);

-Engineering networks (ventilation, air conditioning, heating) and their technological portion;

-Labor security measures;

-Explosion and fire safety measures.
