Assessment/inspection of the site project or the part of the project in compliance with the valid documents, including: 

·         Engineering-geological survey/report;

·         Engineering-hydrological survey/report;

·         Engineering networks (el. supply systems) and their technological portion;

·         Engineering networks (weak power systems) and their technological portion;

·         Engineering networks (water supply, sewerage,   drainage) and their technological portion);

·         Engineering networks (ventilation, air conditioning, heating) and their technological portion;

·         Labor security measures;

·         Explosion and fire safety measures.
 

Envisaged period for  preparation of conclusion:

6-28  working days after full submission of all

necessary documents and signing the contract;

Expedited service – 5 working days.
Rate is given for each site/unit in GEL including VAT
Rate
One part  – 499 GEL; Expedited – 998 GEL

Rate is changeable according to the complexity of the site

 

List of necessary documents to be submitted:

Project documentation and others if necessary

Inspection Body shall have the right to refuse applying for an expedited service due to large scale of works in the company at the time of request.
