Envisaged period for preparation of conclusion: 6-28 working days after full submission of all necessary documents and signing the contract; Expedited service – 5 working days.
Rate is given for each site in GEL including VAT

Documentation to be submitted:

1. In case of a bid:

• Bid number;
• Approved cost estimate (project, if necessary);
• Form №2 (approved and online version in Microsoft office excel file);
• Agreement acts (in case of their existence);
• Hidden works.

2. In case of direct performance:

• Contract with the bidder;
• Approved cost estimate (approved by bidder );
• Form №2 (approved and online version in Microsoft office excel file);
• Agreement acts (in case of their existence);
• Acts for hidden works;
• Materials purchase documentation;
• Labor contract(s) concluded with workers;
• Equipment lease agreement;
• Additional documents (if required by inspector).

Inspection body is authorized to refuse the provision of expedited service due to busy working schedule at the moment of relevant requirement.
