The necessary documents to be submitted:
- Pursuant to the Provisions # 52 and #55 of the Government of Georgia dated as of January 14, 2014 Cost Estimate – based on a resource method, provides costs for required materials and labor values (man/hr and machinery-equipment, machinery/hr, models and types) necessary to perform a specific part of work all in a separate manner;
- Cost Estimate includes construction materials purchasing document(s), in particular: supplier
(shop, company etc), invoices issued for the building material and all documents confirming the purchase of the similar material in the near future;
- Cost Estimate covers confirming reports on labor wages as well as unit values for machinery/equipment service, in particular pay bills and machinery/equipment contracts or ownership documents;
- Letter of reference/recommendation about the Applicant company’s activities;
- Acts confirming performed works of similar projects (forms # 2) in the recent period providing costs for the similar works given in the cost estimate and submitted on the examination service.
